Stayed with my two children. Room for three. Main bed was very comfortable but the pop up bed was awful. Squeaked with every moment and could see and feel all the springs in your back. Leading to us all needing to sleep in the one bed. Came down for breakfast at 9.35 only to find most of the cooked breakfast has been eaten. The fridge in the room hummed and leaked all over the floor. Bathroom was clean and shower was hot. Staff were very friendly

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed in the Tibet room, and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and a child. The only downside we had was staying on the 4th floor (American 5th floor) with no elevator, but that's somewhat normal for Europe, and just provided some mandatory exercise.
