Le Lapin Blanc

I am not sure how this property is considered a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star (3 at best). The room was not properly cleaned (hair on bed, trash under bed), and it was poorly maintained (stained and ripped carpet, dirty grout in shower and rusted shower door). The hotel elevator is tiny and the lobby and stairs up are dingy. We originally planned to stay 3 nights but checked out early after only 1 because there were so many issues. Unfortunately, I didnt get any discount or refund on the night that I spend. The reasoning from the manager was because I slept the night there. However, the hotel is deserted at night with just 1 junior staff member (his second day on the job) who unfortunately did not speak english, so there was no way for me to even leave that night. At least I was able to check-out early and was not charged for the 2 days I did not stay. I went to the hotel grand st michel a block away. It was SIGNIFICANTLY nicer for the same price.

absolutely great hotel, i was in the junior suite and the room was clean and bery quiet, within 5 minutes walk of Odeon metro station so easy to.get to from garde du Nord. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and made our stay a very pleasant experience. would definitely stay again.

They left me and my kid stranded at the airport on a day where there was a strike. When I was finally able to reach them on the phone they suggested I took the metro with all my suitcases. Once we arrived to the hotel after a 3 hour Uber ride we realized the hotel entrance was after 4 sets of really narrow stairs so we had to carry these suitcases up just to check in. Going out to dine everyone in town seemed to be very hostile towards tourists which isn't new for Paris but the options to eat were also limited. The area or view were subpar and the concierge never told us anything about how to find transportation or places to go. I checked out of the hotel the next day in-spite of having already paid for 4 nights and spent double the money on another hotel just to get out of there.

Huge junior suite! I traveled with my daughter and were very impressed with the size of the room! Nice big king bed and a seperate sitting room. Very clean, great service. Loved it!

Stayed in a junior suite and it had plenty of room for two large suitcases. Location is convenient to the metro and great restaurants in the area. Front desk was polite and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk was very friendly! Double deluxe exactly as pictured- more spacious than expected. They kindly upgraded my mother in law to accommodate mobility and privacy concerns. Location excellent for restaurants. Walkable to Pantheon and St. Chappelle. One warning- not a good hotel for the mobility challenged - there are stairs you can't avoid to even get to the elevator. And the dining area was also downstairs for breakfast or afternoon snack. Also if you need privacy for showering (sharing a room with friend or family not spouse) you may not get it here. Our shower had a clear door directly into the room,others are in the room with a curtain - look through the pictures.
