Hotel Trianon Rive Gauche

This hotel was wonderful. Better than the reviews. We were there for a week and shout out to the team that cleaned our rooms, they did an exceptional job every day. We had connecting rooms with our young adult kids and it was perfect for the space and price. Central to everything and front desk staff was kind and super helpful. Highly recommend this hotel based on price and location.

This property was very misleading in their pictures, we did not have a balcony , let alone be able to see any scenery at all, except for the college kids sitting on their roof smoking while peering through our window, both rooms were so small and misleading , one room had dirty clothes left in the dresser which leads me to believe it wasnt cleaned properly, there is no parking , so we had to park in an underground parking garage , which had no height markers and caused the roof of our rental to be damaged, then we had to walk 2 blocks with all our luggage through the garbage piles and the sketchy neighbourhood , when i informed the front desk , nothing was offered , no compensation nor free coffee , no free breakfast nothing , you can tell they dont care to much about their customers which is very disappointing considering how much the stay cost us !
