Our room was very pretty, beautiful view, super clean and very spacious. Location was centric, very nice and safe area. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite. I would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.

This is a great hotel and value for money. The staff were great, hotel very clean and great service. I spent 3 night there while visiting paris and thought it was a perfect location for exploring the city. To many locations you can walk from the hotel and if tired you can take the metro back as the station Opera is only a few minutes away (any many lines across this station). The only negative aspect for me was the fact that the details were mis-sold by the expedia sales person to me at the point of booking: he stated I would have a big room with a sofa so a 3rd member of our group could join our room and therefore it was not an issue for booking a twin room for 3 people. In reality, for the given rate per night, this was not possible (std room rate vs. suite). However the hotel provided a very confirtable extra bed with no additional charge which was brought in every evening and cleared out for the day. I warmly recommend to anyone: business, pleasure or family/friends trip.
