Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy

The hotel was beautiful, the lobby was clean and the front desk were always so helpful and provided great care. The hotel was in a great area near the Bercy village that had great food and shopping areas, what is also great about this area the hotel is in a 2 min walk vicinity of the subway making it easy transport to the main city of Paris. The only down side which are few were the air condition was very low and didn’t really help the room get cold. Besides the A/C me and my family had a wonderful stay at the Pullman hotel

The location is very convenient if you are planning a trip to Eurodisney. A metro stop is about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can get the metro to Gare de Lyon for the train. Bercy village is handy for good value eating, especially the Frog and Hippopotamus! There is also a nice park next to Bercy village. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room in the hotel were lovely and great for the kids. The table football was also handy. I also liked the gym, which had plenty of dumbbells, a couple of treadmills, and a Les Mills programme for the exercise bikes. Breakfast was always enjoyable, especially the omelette station where they cooked them up fresh for you. The rooms were good for a family with comfy beds. The hotel is not right in the centre of Paris, but is handily placed for getting the metro in more centrally.

This is the second time we stayed in this property and exceeded our expectations. The children liked the table tennis area where they can play while unwinding from a hectic day. The area is very accessible and quiet and the staff are amazing and very accommodating. The location is excellent for commute and there are plenty of places to eat! One of our family’s favorite destinations so far!

Amazing hotel and kids loved

Everything was fine except the upgrade was not worth it cause room for junior suite but had furniture & rugs had holes & patch works. Secondly No windows opened & Suite was either very warm or cold.

Staff was absolutely great except I did not get my junior suite & upgrade was on duplex which was too nice but holes in the carpet & too much of curtains. Overall lovely

Loved this place. Safe, quiet, and convenient. By metro (one minute walk from the hotel), the Lourve was 20 min and Eiffel Tower 30 min. Very easy to go (just one transfer needed). Bercy village is so adorable with lots of yummy places to eat. My kids haven’t stopped talking about Bercy village. Room is clean, pillows were perfect (firm), shower pressure was amazing. Only complaint was even with AC, the room felt warm at night. I would have loved to have been a little closer to all the action of Paris, but for the price, this was a happy compromise.

Probably one of the best hotels stays we have ever had. It was mine and my wife’s 20 year wedding anniversary. The hotel upgraded us to a suite on the 10th floor for free with two separate areas for our 2 children. It was simply amazing. We will tell all our friends and be back. Good hotel but not avaible for family,

Please be aware of the personal is not service minded and have no respect for families with kids. One of the staffs at the pool, when entering told us “please don’t let the kids cry”, I asked how do you make sure kids don’t cry, and was told “thank you..” This is the weirdest experience at a hotel, ever! And out of respect.
