Everything was fine except the upgrade was not worth it cause room for junior suite but had furniture & rugs had holes & patch works. Secondly No windows opened & Suite was either very warm or cold.

Staff was absolutely great except I did not get my junior suite & upgrade was on duplex which was too nice but holes in the carpet & too much of curtains. Overall lovely

Loved this place. Safe, quiet, and convenient. By metro (one minute walk from the hotel), the Lourve was 20 min and Eiffel Tower 30 min. Very easy to go (just one transfer needed). Bercy village is so adorable with lots of yummy places to eat. My kids haven’t stopped talking about Bercy village. Room is clean, pillows were perfect (firm), shower pressure was amazing. Only complaint was even with AC, the room felt warm at night. I would have loved to have been a little closer to all the action of Paris, but for the price, this was a happy compromise.

Probably one of the best hotels stays we have ever had. It was mine and my wife’s 20 year wedding anniversary. The hotel upgraded us to a suite on the 10th floor for free with two separate areas for our 2 children. It was simply amazing. We will tell all our friends and be back. Please be aware of the personal is not service minded and have no respect for families with kids. One of the staffs at the pool, when entering told us “please don’t let the kids cry”, I asked how do you make sure kids don’t cry, and was told “thank you..” This is the weirdest experience at a hotel, ever! And out of respect.

Rang & asked for a porta cot 3 times & it was not delivered at any point over the 3 days we were there. My son slept on the cusions from the chair on the ground. Often when calling reception jo one would answer, not a hotel for families or young kids.

Good location, the hotel is cozy and comfortable, staffs at pullman are all very friendly and helpful, our family were having a great time over here!
