Lovely big family room, with a compact bathroom. Good location and close to the metro.

We booked a room for 4 as a family. The fist room only had 3 beds and on complaining waited a period of time to be told we would have to have 2 separate rooms and they were not adjoining. Very disappointing

Good location, close to public transportation. Didn’t expect much at the standard of a 3 starts hotel. Check-in was easy, the two receptionists were friendly and the one guy even helped out showing places on the map pointing out what is worth seeing. The sound isolation is not too good, we started to hear loud noises at 5AM. The last day at check-out, we were ACCUSED by a new receptionist that we DID NOT PAID the citytax that was €15,04. We were 2 families of 3 and 4, we paid seperatedly and know that our total is NOT even close to what they were missing. The experience was so unprofessional, I even showed him my bank receipt but he insisted on SEEING OUR CREDIT CARDS. If your hotel is missing money, THAT Is YOUR problem, DON’T bother the guests because of the faults in YOUR system. Overall the receptonist didn’t seem too happy neither, it looked like he doesn’t even want to work. If you are working in a service business, FIX YOUR GODDAMN ATTITUDE.
