Novotel Paris Centre Bercy

Great family hotel with two metro lines across the street. Service is great, lobby personnel very accommodating. Splendid breakfast, kids eat free. Rooms are on the small side, which is expected for Paris, but very well designed for comfort and practicality. We were two adults and two teens with four medium suitcases and were able to place them comfortably for use. Totally enjoyed our three night stay!!

Room was sufficient for an overnight stay before our departure to Nice. Triple room was tight for 3 adults but would easily accommodate parents with small children. Overall very satisfied with my stay

An Excellent family get away. May not be closing up for some. To the city center, breakfast is a little bit expensive. Don't bother, there's plenty of cafes just outside.

The hotel is well situated if you have to take the train in Gare de Lyon. The family room was small but clean and practical. We ordered the breakfast 'to go' since we had to leave early in the morning. That was too little and too expensive for what it was.

Staff was ok and the room was very very small. Hard to fit a family of four comfortably.

Worst experience of staying at a hotel in 40 yrs of life. Manager Lydia is an awful terrible ignorant rude racist lady who will go an extra 100 miles to make your life hell. She did it for us. We confirmed before arriving that we could leave our luggage at hotel and they said only if we booked a night stay on return date. We did it. She blatantly refused keeping our luggage despite knowing my family with 2 small kids was running against time to catch international train. Even in saying no to our luggage she was so rude and abusive. She has no manners. In fact I could tell she was deriving pleasure in making our lives difficult. She has no understanding of hotel industry politness - even if you are saying no pls say politely..and on top of it she is in leadership role so ofcourse her subordinates will learn her great skills. I cancelled all my subsequent Novotel bookings and will urge all my near and dear ones to stay away from this hotel chain..I have lodged official complain with management against her and will pursue this issue until an action is taken. Lydia you have a special place in hell waiting for you. You think ruining people’s day is your pleasure activity- wait until its your turn

Breakfast was excellent! The room was very clean! And the staff was super friendly, both with kids and grown-ups! I will definitely go back when in Paris!

Very clean and quiet with double glazing. Perfect air conditioning that was not loud. Excellent breakfast. Good for families. Not the most charming area but close to metro and groovier areas are only about 30 min away on foot.

Excellent hotel, very clean nice service. The only problen is that the room was very small(family of 4).

The air conditioning wasn’t working in both rooms, I booked adjacent rooms For my kids but it wasn’t interconnected . The beds were very uncomfortable . Biggest problem from me was the air conditioning !!! It was so so hot cudnt sleep all night . I’m being forced to pay for this hotel when I checked in at 4.30am !! It took the woman 1 hr to find my reservation as well , I don’t think I should be even charged for this room . It’s been 7 hrs and I’m already checking out and I haven’t slept cuz of the beds and air conditioning . Very unhappy
