OOur overnight stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. Despite our room not being ready until 3:30 PM, half an hour past check-in time, we received great service at the front desk. The staff even gave us some complimentary items. When we finally entered the room, we understood the delay was likely due to preparing for the number of guests. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The kids had bunk beds, and there was a convenient hot water heater. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, pharmacies, and restaurants. We had a nice dinner at the Namaste restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Worst stay for a long time.
Check-in took approx. 30 min. And after 30 min. they told us to wait another 30 min to prepare the room for us.
When we finally got the room, there was freezing cold, TV at living room did not work and the addittional bed for kids was so warped so they had to bring 2 new additional bed to the room.

Nice location close to city centre. Nice big room, which actually was family-friendly and not only *you may squeeze in your family if you have to*. Some vacuum cleaning would have been beneficial and the trash was not emptied during the stay. Friendly personnel at reception.

Very pleasant big family room in near city center. Beds were good and breakfast was delicious. We like the room very much and bunk bed was also fun for 2 kids.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, quiet location. Extra plus for a little sea view from our window. The hotel had done a good job for a safe stay. For us as family it was the perfect choice. Beds and pillows was so me personally too soft, but that is not the hotels fault. Next time in Tallinn this will be the hotel I choose.
