Whala!Urban Punta Cana

I booked a one night day, and my experience was not that great, because when I walked into the property, the two gentlemen in the Lobby area gave me a second floor room I had two big luggage bags, and they did not even offer to help me with the bags up and I was with a baby.

We appreciated Rosa and other staff for their warm welcome. And give us information that needed to. Hotel room is so spacious, it’s just there’s no microwave and kettle for warm water if you need to. Very quiet for family relaxation etc. Breakfast has lots of options too. Recommended and surely comes back next time.

This is a great hotel if your plan is to be out and about for most of your stay, since the only ammenity is the pool. Great for bussiness or family trips. Staff is very friendly. The phone number listed in their page was never answered, but we got a direct one when we got to the hotel and that worked fine. Ths messages through social media and their contact page were not answered as well. Overall, great bang for your buck. I will keep it in my options for future trips.
