Nicely located with great breakfast buffet , however the rooms were tiny and the atrium rooms with / adults and child had a view of a moldy hole surrounded by other windows from people stuck in these atrium rooms. The shower had no door and no fan and it smelled moldy and water and steam got everything in the bathroom wet. Great location great service but I would not stay longer in that room !

Overall, this was a nice hotel. We stayed with our 3 year old and felt it was a really mixed bag when it came to the staff. Some were extraordinarily nice and helpful, some were quite rude, particularly when it came to our 3 year old. I think the hotel needs to decide if it’s family friendly or not. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff very friendly and accommodating. High end customer service compared to other countries. Restaurant and bar staff were amazing with my young child too, very friendly. I'd definitely recommend to others.

What an amazing amazing stay! The great service started already prior to arriving where we were upgraded to a better room and congratulated on the purpose of our stay (I had it mentioned when booking). I travelled with my bestfriend for a baby free weekend so we were looking for a relaxing trip with nice dinners. I reached out to the hotel prior to check if they had any tips on restaurants with the vibe we were looking for and we really got the best recommendations. Abel also made sure to reserve spots for us which was a great additional. We were taken care of throughout our stay. Overall the hotel is huge, but you will get a feeling of a cosy boutique hotel as the interior (and light!) is really warm and cosy. Rooms are amazing, beds and pillows….yeees!!! You dont want to miss out on the breakfast buffet- its really lush. Overall, all staff were very polite and interested in making our stay the best. Really happy with our choice!

Excellent property. Rooms were very spacious. Great for families as we were able to get connected rooms. Breakfast options were really good compared to other 5 star properties. Friendly staff.

Great hotel, great location. The premium room with a view of the water if definitely worth it! Stayed 2 adults with one child, everyone very happy! Don’t miss the newly opened rooftop bar, fantastic on a not so windy day!

The property is on one of Copenhagen's lovely canals and within a 5 minute walk of the Metro that has a direct connection to the airport. The gentleman (Ugo) who checked us in provided lots of useful information about local attractions, dining options, and highlights for first-timers. And he was very kind to put us in a room facing the canal. The room was spacious with a legitimate king-sized bed and full sofa sleeper, which was plenty for my family of 3. The inclusive breakfast was delicious, with many cold and hot options. We have nothing but fond memories of our stay.
