The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Rarely, very rarely, do we have such genuine, warm personal relationships with a hotel team. That comes from leadership. We were treated like family and embraced. Great property, location, and people. Bravo!

Beautiful property and lovely room for my family of four. Hotel is within walking distance of the Charles Bridge, Old Town and Lesser Town. Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the area as well. Private courtyard for a nice happy hour before venturing out for the evening.

Our initial Expedia booked room was probably one of the worst in the hotel. Sadly, we have found that at many other hotels we have booked with Expedia. It seems that the slightly cheaper price gives us the worst rooms! Although large and elegant, our room had no air-conditioning, unlike all the others, and no shower curtain so the bathroom and hallway were flooded. Luckily an excellent and extremely helpful concierge, Marianne, moved us after the first night into a lovely room with everything we needed and expected for a hotel of this caliber. I do think Expedia needs to query why their guests are allocated inferior rooms. This happened to us in Amsterdam in early September and has happened to family members on other occasions.

We had a deluxe suite. The hotel is amazing! It's spacious and classicallly decorated. We stayed for 3 nights and I wished I stayed more - something I rarely felt with other hotels in the world. The bed was very comfortable - also something not often happen. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the bridge. We arrived by train at 11pm in winter and had no trouble taking metro and walk to the hotel, with a child. Service is very nice. We were nicely greeted to the room and there was already a rollaway bed set up for our 7 yr old. Besides a complimentry champagne for us, they also prepared a bottle of champagne juice for her. Very nice. The room even has a stove top besides water boiler, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall love this hotel, and highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel itself is old so it has a vintage feel, but still very grand and luxurious. It's located right next to Charles Bridge, ideal for visiting attractions by foot and seeing fireworks on New Years Eve. We were upgraded to a junior suite free of charge during New Years vacation and it was very spacious. Everything was great except the staff could be more helpful. There's a lack of following through once a query is placed but they don't have an answer right away. I had to continuously remind and chase for an answer. The rate was also quite high in comparison to hotels stayed in Budapest and Vienna during the same vacation period. But overall would recommend it if you want the location and old charm feel.
