Charles Bridge Palace

Great hotel, conveniently placed for access to the Charles Bridge and the best bits of the city and good value for the price. We stayed for 3 nights before moving on elsewhere for a family wedding. Very friendly and helpful staff with easy check in. We arrived early but our room was already available so we just dropped our luggage in our room and went off exploring. Our room was air conditioned which was a bonus as the temp was over 30. The hotel also provides a really good breakfast spread which was continuously topped up. There's no bar or restaurant but you dont need them as there's more than enough choice within seconds of leaving the hotel! All in all we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. If there was one minor gripe it was the bed, which had quite a thick plastic sheet on it under the bottom sheet. Fully understand why its there but it didnt make sleeping on it a pleasant experience so we slept on top of the duvet. Anyway, if we ever visit Prague in the future, we wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

Property was nice. The junior suite was spacious and the breakfast & service were excellent. However, noise level outside in the courtyard went on & on till 3am in the morning. We had the windows open to get some cool air & that may have been the issue.

I was very impressed with the all aspects of this booking. The hotel is located very centrally and was within easy walking distance of Old Town and many of the tourist areas. The view from our room was amazing and really made the trip. We did spend more time in the room than usual due to the cold weather, as my daughter and I would return to get warm, and then go back out again. The location of the hotel made this a viable option. My stay at the hotel was for 7 nights. The buffet breakfast provided a huge selection of items that offered differing variations every day. The staff were smiling, kind, helpful and very attentive. I will absolutely stay there again, as one of my children is doing a study abroad there this semester.

Location was perfect, the breakfast amazing, we had a room facing the river and the night club kids woke us, but still did not disappoint this hotel. Great value for money and very comfortable.

We had river view room; the beds were twin size but size of twin bed was small probably good for a small child not for an adult. Rest of things and services were average. Room with river view is noisy and not for people who would like to sleep and have no disturbance

Me and my family stayed and when we checked in the staff were absolutely lovely and genuine. I would defo recommend to a friend

My family had two nights stay in Charles Bridge Palace hotel. We all love the room, service, environment, and most importantly, friendly crew. Definitely recommend this hotel.
