Papagayo Beach Hotel

This property has everything on it which was really nice and convenient. Everything from a Casino, handful of restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store, car rental, gym, spa, water activities access to several nice beaches and a couple of infinity swimming pools that over look the ocean where you can watch amazing sunsets. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and had an amazing time. Rooms were cleaned daily which was great considering we brought in a lot of sand after the beach. It felt like Papagayo Beach Hotel was located in a quieter and more family friendly area than the more popular Mambo Beach. Overall, a great stay and we would love to come back. One thing I would say is that the front desk could use some hospitliaty training. Some of them seemed disinterested in their job and were not very helpful and rude on the phone at times.

Excellent for family and couples on vacation. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff were very helpful.
