Sheraton Zagreb Hotel

Guilbert was so kind and made my mornings very pleasant during breakfast. I did not like at All the wellness área. You cant relax be acuse is crowded with kids and it is the first sheraton that in the relaxing Room has no hydratation service: no water, no fruits nothing. I chape the hotel for its services and this was disappointing

First, I have been at this property several times in the past. It is a beautiful hotel in downtown Zagreb, walking distance to many points of interest. Second, the hotel has been remodeled recently and it is very modern and has a great vibe. I especially like the bar area, with its exquisite pastries and other foods and drinks. The restaurant serves a great breakfast, as well. Third, this time we attended a funeral in Zagreb and the entire family came from all over the world. We took several rooms and even organized a nice farewell event at the Cafe Imperial. Everything was perfectly set up and the staff at the hotel is absolutely fantastic. I would like to name just a few of extraordinary individuals: Marko at the front desk, Simon at events, Dragica at the restaurant and Alen at the bar. They made our emotional stay much easier. Thank you!

I would recommend Sheraton Zagreb to all my friends. Excellent service by very professional staff, from reception to housekeeping. Our family had a great stay. We booked 5 rooms.
