Manda Heritage Hotel

The hotel is centrally located and is just steps away from the main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a small kitchen which was great for us traveling with a baby. Easy check in and check out.

Very unique and cozy room for family :) Also I met kind, nice and welcoming staffs.

Brand new boutique hotel. Felt very luxurious. Large rooms and clean spacious bathroom. Only a handful of rooms on each floor. Never heard another guest or noise from outside. Great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent and you can have it delivered to the room or in the small breakfast room. Mini fridge in room. Very comfy bed. Two blocks from pedestrian/tourist areas. Took us 12 minutes to walk from the train station with rolling luggage. Easy to do with wide sidewalks all the way. Was a 20 min walk to bus station. Grocery store, restaurants, bakeries, etc within a block. Fast, friendly checkin. Very small elevator (1 person with two suitcases max). Would recommend this hotel to friends & family heading to Zagreb.

Hotel is in a good central location and staff is friendly and helpful. Junior suite was large, clean and well appointed. However we had a major water overflow from the bath due to a clogged drain that made the room uninhabitable a few hours before checkout. They offered us a new room to allow the rest of family to bathe and get dressed and allowed extra time for checkout. But it was inconvenient and delayed our plans for the day.

Very conveniently located, and everything looks brand new & is super comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the stay at the Suite as a family, as well as the daily breakfast delivered in the room. Friendly staff as well! Everything was great. If I had to nitpick, I'd say better consistency in breakfast (i.e., making sure everything is on the tray) - & maybe some extra variety day-to-day for those staying longer - would be a plus.
