The staff were all excellent. From check-in to check-out. Bar staff really nice too. Will definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Best hotel in Zagreb. Stayed here for over a month while sorting out some family matters in town. A slightly older (and quite dusty hotel) but has excellent service. Food is delicious both in restaurants and dine in and the staff are great, fast and accommodating.
