This was one of the recommended hotels for the Pan American Fencing Championships in which I was a participant. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel staff was helpful in recommendations and arranging excursions on my days between events. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of selections, and dinner menu was also great. Location made it easy to get to the fencing venue and downtown San José. It has a pool in which one could swim laps (not just for kids to splash around in) a jacuzzi and a workout room. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was great. The hot tub was broken and did not work. This was a huge bummer for my family. The pool was too cold to swim in without the hot tub. The pool area is really nice! Super nice gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The restaurant was good!

Our family loves this hotel and stays here anytime we have to go to San Jose. There is a great gym and pool area and the breakfast is delicious. The location is amazing and so easy to get to all our favorite stores. I highly recommend staying here!

It was the upmost pleasure staying at the property. The food was amazing even went above and beyond provided vegan options for my family . The amenities the hotel profiveds are great pool heated , generous free breakfast, and on top very friendly staff with can do attitude. I highly recommend and will be back on my next trip to costa rica .

Hotel looked awesome from far away. Inside under construction at bottom floor level. Street sid has not much safe tourist activities large factory on same street. Not worth the money, got junior suite, faces a canyon w scrap yard.

Nice property. However, it took reception reception over two hours to provide me with an proper costa rica electronic receipt. I requested one from reception one hour prior to checkout, and then arrived to checkout and had to wait another hour with my wife and two children in the lobby until they were able to provide me with a proper receipt.

The location is not perfect for walkers, you do need a car to come to this property, it is a bit hidden within the highway, anyhow, you feel cozy and away from the busy Escazu area, so to me, that is a plus. I am quite happy, I booked a junior suite so I guess they do not have an upgrade for this room.
