This resort is so beautiful. We stayed with our 3 children (13,6,3) and they loved the pool and wildlife. We saw capybaras and iguanas walking around. The drinks were good, bar service was excellent and the front desk also has excellent customer service. Breakfast was accommodating to serve us early before our tours. The resort is right in the lush forest with beautiful landscape. The room was perfect and had enough space for our family of 5. It's a close walk to many restaurants and there is a bus stop right next door so it was very easy to get around. The bus comes every 15 min and was very convenient to catch. Would definitely stay here again.

Very pretty and quaint property. Room was plenty spacious for our family of 5. AC worked great. Pool was small but nice. Grounds are small but beautiful. Restaurant served the best breakfast of our Costa Rica trip (included in price). Lunch and dinner options at the restaurant were also very reasonable and good. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance - we highly recommend Agua Azul. Minutes away from Manuel Antonio National Park.

Our waiter Bryant was the best! He was very helpful and gave us great advice. We were a family of 5 and stayed in the apartment. Everything was great and the food was delicious. The pool was refreshing and the location is perfect.

We ended up deciding to change our plans that morning and I found THE Falls on line. I usually don't have high expectations. There are parking spots but on the road. From the outside it doesn't look like much but then you walk in and are almost transported to a different world. The staff were very nice and helpful. We were given a special fruit juice drink once we checked in. It's like a little tropical paradise. Monkeys, iguana, lizards. We ended up staying on the property for dinner because there was a massive storm. Dinner was yummy and reasonably priced. The only downfalls are that you can hear everything through the walls and there were some crying kids. We also had two beds. My bed was super hard, almost like a box spring and made a ton of noise. The next morning we had their breakfast. I thought it was yummy but my husband thought the burrito was a little small for him. We wished that we had more time there but had to move to our next destination. Was great especially for the price we ended up paying.

My concerns were address immediately and sincere resolving them. AMEX is not their friend so, be prepared to pay with another credit card including the hotel. The staff were hospitable and friendly. You can't walk everywhere but have cheap transportation system to take you around or just catch a taxi. Overall, had a wonderful time with my family.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at the Falls Resort. The staff was well versed in the art of hospitality and the grounds were stunning. The pool was fantastic. We ate at the restaurant for a dinner and it was the best we had in Manuel Antonio. Their breakfast was included and by far the best hotel breakfast I have had. We stayed in the family room which faced the road. We did not find it loud, no one was disturbed. And the room was spacious enough for all. The rooms in the gardens for couples and smaller families looked quite lovely and looked out on to the gorgeous gardens. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, family friendly hotel within a few minutes drive from Manuel Antonio National Park with plenty of wildlife (monkeys, birds and iguanas amongst other animals) that often says hello to visitors. Parking is included but can be a nuisance as it is right on a busy street. On a positive note, the hotel is within close distance to many restaurants and eateries. Front desk is available, although certain staff do not always greet guests upon entry. However, would highly recommend.

The stay was perfect. Welcomed with delicious fresh juice we were invited to use the pool before and after checkout. The pool was small and shallow but gorgeous and perfect for our needs with full shower facilities nearby. The deluxe room we booked was spotless and beautiful with a walk in closet, fridge, couch, and large pretty bathroom. The balcony in front of the room had two chairs to watch the rain in the evenings while listening to the frogs. Morning coffee was available in the restaurant to bring to our balcony seats while we watched the birds (scarlet Macaws and pileated woodpeckers plus so many more). The breakfast was perfect with multiple options for table service. If leaving early they would take your order the night before to dine early. The restaurant had great options at good prices and everything was delicious. We enjoyed the hot sauce (Patatús) and bought some when we found out it was made by one of our amazing servers (shout out Ramiro!). The garden was big enough to house a family large of agoutis and to see frogs, lizards and birds daily. A troupe of Capuchin Monkeys swung through entertaining us with acrobatics and babies while still staying far enough away for comfort and safety. All was good but nothing could be better than the amazing staff who we met and thoroughly enjoyed talking to. They went above and beyond and were funny and kind and amazing at their jobs. Big shout out to Lise, Monica, Brian, Alex, and Ramiro. We miss you! Pura Vida!
