Sheraton Bogota Hotel

Staff were not pleasant at all despite being a Marriott Platinum Member and was told this property is not part of the Marriott system despite me booking it on the Marriott.com site. Initially they denied I had a reservation even despite showing the dude the email on my phone. I signed on to the AMEX Marriott Bonvoy card only because of my devotion to Marriott properties but it has been nothing but a nightmare. They would not accept my frustration with the card and became more and more hostile until I picked up my suitcase and walked the short distance to The Marriott Airport hotel where the service has been outstanding. I would and will never return to The Sheraton property although utterly loved the airport properties in Houston and Toronto recently which are part of the Marriott family.
