Overall very nice staff and property that is centrally located to literally everything you may need as a solo traveler or if you’re with friends and family.

Very professional staff. Friendly and courteous. I didn’t speak any Spanish and yet the staff was extremely helpful and patient. I’ll recommend all of my colleagues and family to stay at this location

To much noise we could not sleep for 2 nights kids make noise other room they were to loud had to call front desk at 3am i at 5 am horrible

After staying in many occasions for over 3 years. The very best hotel in Colombia. It is super !!! My family and i are looking forward for our next vacation there!!!
