I had the most amazing experience filled with wonderful memories. The most important memory of all are the hotel personnel. Never in my life have I been treated so well with so much care and attention. I am going back there and to Colombia which I consider my new home. I am going back to be with my family!!!

Staff would require any visitor to check in, and charge me 270,000 pesos (65-70$) for any visitor. Even for couple hours. I have family in Medellin. Didn’t ask who person was, and required guest to come down to lobby to pay before entry was allowed.

This hotel is a 3-star by international or US standards - not 5-star - so overpriced for Medellin. The hotel is outdated, slightly shabby. Large junior suite, but the bathroom only has a single sink with small counter, and a rain shower-head spraying water all over the bath, without a handheld unit for cleanliness. There is no closet, only 4 feet of rod within the open bathroom - so clothes are exposed to humidity. Quality of gym-sauna- steam room poor. Friendly, helpful staff and great location are the pluses. There are better nearby hotel options at similar or lower prices.
