They don’t allow family guest or any visitors and they charge a fee of the same nightly price. Don’t recommend if you have. A girlfriend or a cousin or aunt very strict with visitors

Great location in the heart of El Poblado. We were 3 but we were given a futon for our child which was quite hard. The main bed was way too soft. We could not win. The service and cleaning service were great. The laundry service came in handy.

Great hotel but they charge the hotel rate price to bring up a guest and family. :( I don’t feel that’s fair.

Excellent location, one block from the famous “Provenza”, multiple dinning options, friendly staff, close to night clubs….if you are going to enjoy nightlife this is the perfect place to stay, I don’t recommend this place to bring your kids just bcs it’s perfect for couple or single people to enjoy nights in Medellin…but that’s just me.

The hotel is the exactly how you see on the picture is around everything you need is in the perfect spot . Is a bit noisy outside because is near all the dinning spot and bar but for my family and I was not a big deal it would be like this anywhere you would stay specially if is a place that you want everything near by . I love the place the staff. breakfast was amazing everyday is something new fresh juice I would highly recommend this place 1,000 times . Happy with our stay

This hotel is great in every way!! I’ll come back for sure and I’ll definitely send anyone of my family and friends going down to Medellin. Some minor maintenance but besides that, THIS IS THE HOTEL (p.s. you are right by every and it’s a little loud, speculates night time keep that in mint

They host parties every night until 2am. You will hear the bass wherever you are in the hotel. We were on floor 1, the parties are on floor 6. We still couldnt sleep with earplugs because the hotel is shaking from the bass, no kidding. The hotel is nice, most of the employees are kind and helpful. But is it worth it if you cant sleep? Hard no from us. Location is great though and the sushi restaurant is amazing too. There are plenty of other nicer and quieter hotel around where you'll be able to sleep.
