The Hotel staff was amazing. They truly made you feel like you were part of the family. The grounds were well kept and very clean.

I Have been to medillen five times and each time I stayed here. I love the rooms and the 5 star service. They make you feel apart of there family. Always checking up on you.

Normally I love staying there great staff great location.. but this time I was very disappointed I was staying from December 2 to December 4 2022 .. when Sunday the fourth came around I woke up super early at seven am to go have breakfast at my families.. check out was at 1 o’clock.. The guy at the front desk demanded me to pay for whatever I used in the room and to return the room key at 7 o’clock in the morning my check out was at 1 o’clock that is super unprofessional I paid until 1 o’clock there’s no reason you should be asking for a key back at seven him not knowing that I was going to come back and stay for another four days.. I will no longer stay here if you want to go somewhere good please go to Charlie’s hotel

Excellent from start to finish! The staff makes us feel like home especially Mr. Carlos Gonzalez who was extremely professional, kind and respectful all the time helping our family including our lovely toddler to know the beauty of the Colombian culture the Medellin way like family. Thank you for this magnificent experience. Kind regards Rivera-Moreno family
