Excellent suite for parents and adult child. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location in Pudong with Metro station just outside hotel entrance. Only downside is cigarette smoke getting into room via vents, luckily mostly limited to bathroom area. Overall an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Close to the metro and family mart, very convenient. Overall good stay, but window made windy sound, probably not isolated enough. They should try to fix it properly, rather than using tape. Did not complain as it didnt really affect me personally. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
