The staff’s service is above and beyond. Excellent, would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet is so good, so much variety. The front desk, janitors and camellia restaurant staff are all amazingly helpful! May Bao is the best ! My kid said this hotel is 100 out of 10!

The whole team from front desk, bellman, Houskeeping to restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The only imperfection was allowing little kids to be in the hot tub after 9pm were disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of other paying guests.

I travel the world regularly and stay in 4 or 5 star hotels only. This Four Seasons may have been the best experience all around that I have ever had. I would go back to Shanghai just for the hotel. I felt like I was with friends and family.

This hotel will spoil you for life. I've stayed at many Four Seasons around the world and this one doesn't disappoint. Stayed in gorgeous junior suite with a spectacular view and executive lounge access. Best view of downtown Shanghai. Lounge is great for breakfast and afternoon tea which includes anything u want from scones to sandwiches. Definitely worth the extra $$ to have the lounge. Ordered room service for dinner twice. Food quite good.

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff. Area much quieter than the crazy of the Bund but nearby metro was so easy & efficient. Our upgraded corner suite was on 36 th floor was huge with amazing views. Really nice bathroom & amenities. Great breakfast and club room on 35th floor was well worth it. Ample quality food,service,and views. The pool & large hot spa were perfect after a long day touring. The only criticism was the few parents in the spa teaching their children to swim with kickboards- not appropriate.
