Ability to get by without knowing Mandarin Nothing to do with the hotel but some guests on my floor thought it was ok to have their kids running up and down the hall late at night.

It was my family weekend trip to Shanghai and this hotel is great location, access to shops & dinnings and services. Hotel manager found that it was my daughter's birthday and made our trip a wonderful memory. Thank you!
