Front staff wasn’t the friendliest. The continental breakfast was excellent. The kids loved the pool. We were the first room right but the pool so that was terribly noisy in the evening until the pool closed at 10

Nice, but close to the pool so very noisy and lots of kids yelling… up until 22:30… very enoying.

This hotel was clean and beds were comfotable. Breakfasts was nice. The kids emjoyed the pool and staff was great.

Sad to have booked a 2 queen bed online for myself and my grandchildren, to treat them as we spent time together at my grandsons hockey tournament, to arrive at the hotel looking forward to a swim with the kids after a long day of hockey, only to open the door to our room and see only one bed in a handicap room. Took all our things back down the elevator and told the clerk I think she checked us into the wrong room. Told that this was the room I booked, no it is not, I booked 2 queen beds as it was myself and 2 children. We can't all fit in one bed. Only to be told again that was what I booked. Told them this was not so but could they change us to another room. Now to be told there are only 1 bed rooms available. Sad looks on Grandchildrens faces, told them don't worry we will find another hotel. Their question, will it have a water slide. I hope so! This was a horrible experience but at least the Best Western Plus had a beautiful room with pool and water slide to accommodate us!

Would totally recommend a stay here. Everything is wonderful, pool, breakfast, staff. The only little downfall is the rooms could be a bit bigger. We attended a family wedding occupying about 10 rooms. and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Also easy to find and for those coffee lovers Tim Hortons is just a block away, walk and enjoy the stretch, great after a long drive :)
