Best Western Wainwright Inn & Suites

The breakfast was not well managed. No staff to restock and the hotel was full of little hockey players and families so things were a mess and tables were never cleaned or wiped. Food was cold

There are not many choices for hotels in Wainwright but I stay at the Best Western whenever I came to visit family. The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is updated but the toilet seems small. The desk chair was missing an arm rest. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has a laundry room which came in handy. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Yogurt, waffles and bread were probably the best to offer. The eggs, bacon and sausage I would pass on. The dining area is in need of updating. The chairs especially are showing their wear and tear. Staff was always friendly and helpful. If needing to stay in Wainwright I would definitely recommend the Best Western.

The continental breakfast was phenomenal. The wifi was very weak and we could not get a signal the entire time we were there which was a bit inconvenient as we were moving across provinces & had kids with us who couldn't use their tablets.. first world problem I know however when you're paying for a room with said included service it's inconvenient when it doesn't ever work. Room was clean, spacious. Kids enjoyed the Pool. Amanda at the front desk was AMAZING & deserves special recognition for sure. Excellent customer service. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Had the pool to ourselves. This was the best part. Nice family room for our large family.
