Easy to find and friendly staff. Breakfast okay considering it was chaotic with so many families with young kids(hockey turnement maybe?)

Excellent trip! I loved the experience to stay with my family in that hotel. Nice room, spacious, comfortable beds, nice amenities.

We had a 2 Queen Suite that I shared with my 2 sisters. Each bed has a separate "room" with doors that can be closed for privacy and the bathroom in between with entrances and doors from each room. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the room, but there was no sugar and creamer and only enough coffee pods for 1 day. It was not clear at the outset, that the cleaning service only cleans every 3 days or at checkout. We had to get extra towels and more coffee, sugar and reamer ourselves. The breakfast is good, but there were children sport teams staying, so very difficult to get a quick breakfast. Another family group was in the older building and they didn't like their room so changed to the newer renovated building the next day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

being there several time; this time was very noisy; no room for Friday breakfast as young kids were running everywhere; after 2 days, our room cards were stripped off security, have to recode access at front desk for the last day;

The two beds are in separated area, great for family. And the room can access to the car parking log directly.

The beds in particular were bad (and the bed is basically the reason you stay in the hotel in the first place). The main queen bed was far too firm. And the second fold-out bed (that the children had to use) was just horrible. I am very glad we didn't have to stay there more than 1 night. The breakfast was pretty good (good food); however there was far too little space for everyone who wanted to get a breakfast (e.g. there was even a queue to just enter the room at some point); given that Covid is still a thing, it's really not a great idea to have so many people crammed in the not-too-big place (and that's the place for people to eat, so masks not really an option either). Otherwise the hotel was pretty unremarkable; furniture and stuff is well-used, but that's nothing unexpected.
