Hotel Clarendon

Excellent Service The only thing is i dont have microwave and refrigerator in My room for My child’s food. But we were satisfied overall. I would recommend this hotel for sure and will come back.😊

You will not be disappointed with this hotel. Location was perfect. Room was a bit small (European size) considering that we had two large suitcases, but larger rooms are available. Bed was very comfy. Room had all amenities needed. The staff was outstanding - super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Old hotel but well maintained furnishings and in room decor. Especially the bathroom. Only thing was you could sometimes hear kids in other rooms so doors aren't very sound proof. Super convenient location and very easy public parking right next to the hotel.

Great hotel ….perfect location. Has feel of high end hotel at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this option for family trip to Quebec City

I think the Hotel Clarendon was the perfect place to stay in old Quebec city. It was an easy walk to the Château Frontenac, and both the upper and lower parts of the old city. There were plenty of restaurants within a two block radius of the hotel, yet the Clarendon is located in a more quiet section, which I appreciated. The room and bathroom were always spotless. I particularly appreciated the staff providing us with a room with a nice view. We could’ve checked in earlier to a different room, but they suggested it might be worth the wait, and indeed it was! The hotel Clarendon is in the upper old city, which is a good thing to be aware of when looking into hotels. While we did go down to the lower old city, and we spent most of our time in the upper part. Since our hotel was located in the upper part, we didn’t have to constantly navigate the stairways to get to the lower city. Research this before you make your decision on a hotel! The Clarendon had a valet and desk staff member available at all times right as you walk in the door. I felt very safe in this hotel with my two children.

It was a historic building yet with great upgrades. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were so cosy. Our family wanted to spend more time in the room :)

Visited Quebec for spring break with 2 kids. Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful (reception and valet). Easy check in/out. Rooms were a little small, but we were not bothered. The rooms are very clean. Very nice bathroom. I love and enjoyed the heated bathroom floor. Really close to the places to see and eat. Paid valet parking for $30 per night. I would highly recommend the location. Thanks for great experience!!

Hotel Clarendon is super clean, very comfortable, quiet but only 2 blocks to the very busy area. The restaurant is good and very accommodating. Staff are well-trained, pleasant, and attentive. The hotel is right next to City Hall and beautiful colored fountains that kids can run through. It's fun to watch and sit out there at night. Walkable to everything you want to see in the Old city. Near a delicious bakery with authentic French croissants.

This is our second time staying at Clarendon and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect right in the heart of Old Quebec. We were pleasantly surprised with the renovated hotel room, it is beautifully done. The rooms are quite small if you're traveling with children. We parked in the city lot and/or the street and not used the valet service. Overall really recommend the hotel.
