A beautiful and charming hotel! The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and shops. We stayed in a junior suite and it was magnificent. Spacious, quiet, cozy with everything you could need. The staff was especially attentive and accommodating and made our stay extra special.

Service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and was fully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The hotel took especially good care of my family and made sure that we had everything we needed.

This hotel is great. We arrived and valet deposited our bags quickly to check in & car taken to be parked. Only took short time to check in. We walked out the door to enjoy Quebec City and received a text in less than an hour our room was ready. Room was quiet and so comfortable with a king bed & sitting area with 2 chairs & sofa. There were views of small garden below. We never heard any noise during our stay. Bed comfortable. Room clean and plenty of space. We did not use the restaurant but did go to see it and if we had not been committed to family gathering in other places would have loved to eat here. Next visit we will for sure! It is lovely. I would absolutely stay here again. I have nothing bad to say.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were really nice. The beds were not the best. Location was great!!!
