Very rude night personal, I hurt myself on the corner of the bed every night . Stayed with family two days . excellent location . Close to the old city .

We booked a stay here because the hotel seemed popular. We were placed on a low floor facing the road, it was incredibly loud. We heard music playing late into the night. The hotel room walls are also paper thin, heard kids screaming from other rooms. When I shared my feedback the hotel denied the street being loud. Dont appreciate the lack of customer service. Don’t book here if you want a good nights rest.

Spent a couple of days on a family vacation in Quebec City and had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The price and location were both great with access to some great food and coffee shop.

We stayed in a junior suite, which is a separate building across the small street. It was so quiet. Clean and renovated. Enough room. It was at the end of lower town but still walkable to everything.

My boyfriend is a veteran with a support dog. Unfortunately he had to go to the hospital while we were here but fortunately the staff treated me like family and helped me calm down…even gave me a comforting hug and allowed me to call them for translation if necessary

My son and I had a great time in Quebec. This hotel is quiet, clean, charming and very well situated in the old part of the city. We were able to get some nice walks in while also being close to family we were there to visit. My son had decided to come with me at the last-minute and the staff at the hotel was very accommodating, finding me a more spacious room. There is also parking available which is a huge advantage in that part of Quebec.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The entire property was beautiful and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was the first time we brought our dog on vacation with us and it went so smoothly. We can't wait to visit again!!

Perfect location just minutes away from many attractions in the Old Port & Petit Champlain. Our Junior Suite was in another building across the street from the main hotel. It was a spacious suite (separate bedroom has a door) with a baby crib and murphy bed, just what we needed for our young family of 5! Appreciate the modern stay in a historic neighborhood.
