We were there for a family event (wedding). a few things.
There are no trach cans in the lobby area. There should also be water available throughout the facility. No place to get a drink of water - no water fountains anyplace. Should provide water bottles in the rooms.
We were also sitting the the lobby with family members and were told we were too noisy. Is that not the place to congregate and mingle? The staff was nice about it, but just did not seem right. You want the guests to feel comfortable and at that time, we did not.

All the family had a good time and we enjoy the service . the day after we went a la cabane a sucre. Thank God we were rested
