Hôtel Le Dauphin Saint-Hyacinthe

Great place. Spent only one night with my family on our way to QC and we find the place great enough. No complaints or comments.

Nice confortable stay with family or in business travel

I wanted to give a better rating but by the end of our 3 night stay I had to change my review. The best thing about the hotel is the location - so many dining and shopping options and places to walk if you need to get out. Overall cleanliness in the room was ok but we asked 2x for our room to be cleaned but nothing was done - we had to leave our full garbage and recycling in the hall and housekeeping eventually came to change them but did nothing inside the room. Perhaps it was a language barrier but the front desk all seemed bilingual and other guest rooms were being cleaned so it wasn’t a COVID thing. Other small things like the headboards being dusty and baby highchairs in breakfast room being very dirty didn’t help. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included but is a minimal continental breakfast - boiled eggs, pastries, cereal and toast - lots of other dining options next door to hotel though if you are hungry. Free parking, free wifi and an iMac in every room are all nice extras. Would probably stay again if we return to area.

It is clean, easy for a stay on a long trip, just of the highway and has breakfast included so it makes it easier for families.
