The hotel is outdated we had a bad experience with someone at the front desk, she was extremely rude with her coworker in front of everyone. This was a lack of respect in regard of everyone. I also find that for the time we were there some guests did not care about rules. People were drinking and even drunk while watching their kids at the pool, this was inappropriate. The attendant during breakfast was very helpful and pleasant.

Have been staying at this property for 12 years, it’s convenient for what I need in town. This trip, when I arrived my room wasn’t ready. I was also placed in the same hallway as a very loud children’s hockey team. Appreciated that I was able to checkout a day early, and as a member was able to stay until 2pm.

The property was fine. It was clean and was close to where we needed to be. The room was large enough and the linens and towels were clean and not worn Issues we had; the television system was down for the whole time we were there. No guide. You got a few channels so that was something. The pool worked the first night and then was down for maintenance. The families with children were upset as were their kids. All in all the hotel was fine but I expected a bit more for the price.

2nd stay at this hotel in the last week. Spacious breakfast area. Bathrooms were not very clean with dirt in corners floor, and odour in toilet bowl. Fridge in room helpful. Breakfast is provided. Gym had several equipment machines that were damaged. Reasonable stay for short stay for families.

It was a place to stay. This Holiday Inn was literally next door to Tim Horton, Boston Pizza and Pizza Hut. My kids were thrilled as it’s their favourite place to go and eat!

Continental breakfast , pet friendly Disliked that the housekeeper still came in the room while the busy sign was up and that a family member was asleep @10 am.

They were unable to find the reservation, and need to adjust with the room they had and not the one we booked, they offered a matris instead of bed. Very inconvenient when travelling with family. Billed multiple times. Its a nightmare with this reseevation. Highly reccomend not to book this hotel.
