Hôtel Alt Quartier DIX30

Our family of 4 plus small dog stayed 2 nights at Alt Hotel over NYE weekend. We were visiting family nearby. We loved the sleek ambience of the hotels and rooms. The room was spacious, quiet and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the Nespresso pods. We appreciated using the gym and lobby. Glad to have free and convenient parking. We also enjoyed the easy access to the shops and restaurants literally outside the door. Some can even be accessed by the connecting hallways - you don’t need to put on your jacket to access 2 restaurants and a theatre. Next stay, we will book at the SkySpa ahead of time (also accessible through hotel hallway connection). There is a list of dog-friendly stores and restaurants which made shopping and dining convenient for people w pets. Easy access to highways.

Great area, very clean room, free parking, friendly staff. No super friendly for families, small rooms, bathroom door isn't a full door (kinda like bar saloon doors) so privacy can be an issue, and the access door to the parking lot as well as the 1 and only elevator to go to said parking lot is pretty small for ppl travelling with suitcases. Stayed a week prior at the Marriott just a block away and was way better for comperative pricing. Just okay...

This was a pleasant surprise for a quick stopover to break up a long trip. The hotel and the surrounding shops were very child and dog friendly. Bizarrely there was no in room safe.

First time I've ever had anything but an exceptional experience at an Alt Hotel. Despite returning to the front desk three time our room keys never worked the entire stay. The attendant let us in our room and we had to ensure one person was in the room or else we had to call the front desk to send someone up to let us in. Although we only stayed one night, with a cat, dog and baby this was no minor inconvenience.

The housekeeping went into our room at 10am and we weren'y even checked out yet #1009. She also went into #1001 and our kids were still sleeping. when we came back from breakfast she was in our room and just started yelling Get out Get OUT. She claimed she couldn't speak French or English and didn't supposedly understand what we were saying to her in either language. Very disturbing as checkout is not till Noon.
