Be careful with your car and your family. Our car was vandalized (attempted theft) in the parking lot. According to locals, the area is just 10 minutes away from Montreal port that makes is easier for thief to quickly load stolen vehicle into containers.

The breakfast was 5 star for our kids. They had delicious chocolate chip muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, cereal, etc. The pool was large enough for my kids and a slew of teenagers playing volleyball. I wasn’t able to use the gym as neither of my cards worked to open the door but it looked clean inside. I’d come back again

Overall room had a smell to it, the a/c did not work properly and look as tho it was falling off wall, stayed as a family of 4 and when asked for more hand soap was told was none. Typical best western Old and overpriced

Very happy with the hotel. We requested adjoining rooms and a couple of cribs and everything was provided. My only minor gripe is that we were hoping to take advantage of the pool with the kids a bit more but it seemed like the pool heater wasn't working correctly and it was simply too cold for them to want to go in the water. The staff mentioned it being set to 82F but there was no way it was that warm.

I spent two nights in this hotel with my family and i came from Niagara, and i called first to make sure that the room are wheelchair accessible and they conform that and they moved me to ground floor and i was very appreciated. When i arrived they put me in smoking room and in the second floor far from the elevator which is very old and cheap, i tryed to reach the manager her name is " Allie Harris" but the frontdisk said no!! because she doesn't recieve calls in her day off. They called her and then told me either to accept or take you money back " Could you believe that". Then after 30 minuits of stress and my family's disappoint, the lady that i talked to on phone just appered and she fixed everything" Thanks Shakira". Overall, nice location and nice kitechen staff.

Asked to have a crib provided. Confirned by staff by email that it was reserved. Got to the hotel and there was no crib. Was difficult to put my baby to sleep without the crib. Ac was blowing too hard and loud, had to turn it off

We often visit this hotel for our stays in Brossard, with family. Usually pay a little extra and get the King suite. The Jacuzzi in the room is so much fun. Especially with little kids. The bed so comfortable. But they could really improve on the quality of the sofa bed. Needs better mattress and less squeaky sofa. Okay for kids that are light and small, but not comfortable for adults. Breakfast is great. Kind of sad that they don't have the buffet anymore (because of Covid). Definitely missed the waffle machine. Need to bring that back. Excellent staff. Great location. Easy parking.

We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet. It's conveniently located with many restaurants beside and around the area as well as a supermarket. We like that our room has a back door that opens to our parking slot. The staff were friendly and attended immediately to our needs. The breakfast was just ok but good enough. Even if it was busy during breakfast, the staff were still pleasant, approachable and helpful. Highly recommended.
