This was a good budget hotel for families, and it largely delivers on its promise. The included hot breakfast was good, the swimming pool was well maintained - we swam at the same time for 3 days straight and saw someone come check water quality. Only thing we didn't like was that despite requesting for it multiple times, our towels weren't swapped and replenished. Maybe something was lost in translation? Still a recommended hotel to stay at though.

Love the classic Best Western feel with the up graded style, convenient located by the bridge. Quite and lovely spot for the family with grocery stores and entertainment restaurants etc , and don't forget the kind and helpful staff always ready to answer any question .

I like the parking spot right outside the room, great for anyone with mobility issues. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is really well organized & lots of helpful staff keeping food replenished & dinning clean. Service in English or in French. Housekeeping is meticulous. The older A/C units in room are not easy to adjust to personal preference but manageable. Pool is inspected daily, perfect Temperature of 88.8°F, not excessively chlorinated. I was visiting family close by & will stay here again next visit. It

We were in trouble but I felt very comfortable bcz whole staff helped a lot including management, kitchen staff and front desk and clean up crews,,, I recommend this place for individual or with family. I was with family and we all love it

Very pleasant and glad we could find rooms on Gran Prix weekend when we were coming in for a family emergency. Should occasion arise again, we will be back.

Be careful with your car and your family. Our car was vandalized (attempted theft) in the parking lot. According to locals, the area is just 10 minutes away from Montreal port that makes is easier for thief to quickly load stolen vehicle into containers.

The breakfast was 5 star for our kids. They had delicious chocolate chip muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, cereal, etc. The pool was large enough for my kids and a slew of teenagers playing volleyball. I wasn’t able to use the gym as neither of my cards worked to open the door but it looked clean inside. I’d come back again

Overall room had a smell to it, the a/c did not work properly and look as tho it was falling off wall, stayed as a family of 4 and when asked for more hand soap was told was none. Typical best western Old and overpriced
