We love staying at the Westin when visiting Tremblant. It is easily accessible from the hill, making it great for getting kids to lessons. The pool and hot tub are the best part of the whole trip for my kids, and the staff really go out of their way to help!

The pool and lifeguard made this stay above and beyond. The lifeguard was constantly engaging with the kids with fun activities in the pool.

The hotel has great location, it is Ski in-out with lockers for skis. It is IN the village, so restaurants and shops are literally in front of it. The hotel needs a little TLC and needs a good restaurant (or better opening hours). Rooms have a kitchenette and a little living room with a sleeper sofa. So it is a good option for families with teenagers. Overall, we had a great stay. We will certainly come back.

The staff everywhere was lovely. They were very kind and tried to do their very best. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite room 335 and for 650 dollars per night we would expect better. Door handles oddly installed. Closet doors that don’t fully open because of very poorly designed space. Leaking hot water faucet in the master bathroom sink. Access panel not locked properly with rat or mouse poison making it accessible to our toddler (very dangerous). Day 1 and 2 the maids were actually cleaning but on days 3, 4 and 5 they were just making beds and changing towels. The toilets were left dirty and the room has no toilet brushes so for 3 days we had to look at pooh stains in the toilet. The floors and carpets were left accumulating dirt. House keeping needed to be scheduled every day making it feel less like a vacation and more like military training to get up and out of the suite. The rooms are very poorly designed with a tv that fell on my toddler and wife. Luckily she was right there to avoid injury and damage but I had to run to lift the very large tv off of them (very dangerous). This hotel needs someone to inspect rooms by actually maybe sleeping, washing and using the space in order to create reports on what needs to be done so that they can improve. Not just any someone but an intelligent someone with experience in design as well as safety.

The proximity to the main area of the pedestrian village is fantastic. The staff and hotel was amazing. Only issue was the short staff problem (which I don't hold against them) but did make it harder to enjoy certain things i.e. activities, spa services available, restaurant availabilities and no room service. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Tremblant, the ski-in/ski-out is so convenient but the best part in the outdoor heated pool at the end of the day! Although the food is not so great and very expensive anywhere in Tremblant village, making your own food the the kitchenette is a bonus. The village of St-Jovite is just 10 minutes away and they have very good restaurants there. Overall, perfect ski vacation with the family!

Good experience. Will return soon. was our first trip with our 5 months old baby. They could provide us with a crib. The hotel is also nice. No regret.
