We stayed in the triple queen (Murphy) bed room. So fun for a family of six. Bring some pool toys for the kids to play with in the pool because it is as empty as could be. We played football with one of my kid’s crocs. Overall it was a great stop on the journey from central Ontario to New Brunswick. We’ll try to book here again :)

The staff was great, the food was good but my room (248) was extremely noisy. On the second floor with a balcony looking directly over the indoor pool, (open from 9:00 to 9:00) the loud sound of kids playing and splashing around in the water was unfortunately tremendously disruptive.

On our way to Toronto, it was located 4min from where we had decided to break for the evening on our journey. It was affordable. There was a mature, elegant/fancy, and charming feel. Nice and intimate. Definitely did not feel like a typical chained hotel. The room was small but still okay for my family of 4. I would not stay again with my kids but may if it were just my husband and I. Main issue, as nice as the bathroom was the sink mirror was in the room. Would not be an issue if the room were bigger and the sink/mirror area could be tucked away out of sight around a wall or corner. Also there is no carpeting and the room was cold for me. A couple of rugs would have made the place literally and figuratively warmer. One staff we encountere at check in was nice, she could have explained the elevator's location and distance better and or called for someone to support with carrying luggage upstairs (or just advised us to do that), as it would have been faster... the elevator was that far! Free Parking was onsite. Once we got to our room we then parked at a closer entrance to the elevator, the staff person at check in did tell us where the closest areas to park were located. So check out will be easier at least. There wer lots of restaurants within walking distance to meet different price points and palates - that we appreciated. There was a restaurant on site, which did not provide comp. breakfast but could be purchased for about $20. Corridors were small, place was quiet.

Very nice room with plenty of room...fully stocked kitchenette with everything you would need to cook a meal..it would be fantastic if a family was in town for a sports tournament to cook some meals and save on eating out

Overall the hotel was fine. The wooden floors in the rooms were much nicer and cleaner than carpet. No room service is available and the restaurant only offered dine-in despite take out being offered as an option on the welcome package, but that may have been just a busy Saturday night. There were many other dining options in the immediate area. Restaurant was good. Pool area was great for the kids. The room was maybe a little overpriced for a king size bed and an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed but mid-summer Saturday prices are what they are.

We stayed for one night with our 2 children. The room was comfortable but we were a little disappointed that the pullout couch bed was not made for us in advance. We expected that based on other experiences. In addition, the pillows were uncomfortable (lumpy). Apart from those small issues, the room was very clean and quiet.
