Kindred Spirits Inn & Cottages

Cozy area. Very family friendly.

This was a lovely in with a perfect name for our Green Gables venture. We stayed in the inn but there were several cottages which would be great for a family vacation. The staff was very friendly and we loved that they had a DVD lending library.

Lots of variety to make it an enjoyable stay. We stayed in the inn so had breakfast provided, which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to borrow DVDS and games so the kids were happy staying in. Pool and hot tub were in very good condition. Very convenient to Cavendish attractions. We loved our stay at Kindred Spirits.

Very good for families. We stayed in a superior room with two bedrooms that was spacious and comfy. The edwardian style decor i very in tone with Montgomery books for Montgomery books fans. The gardens are beautiful, and there is an outside heated pool and hot tub.The location is spectacular with lots of places to eat, entretainment for the family and activities for children. On top of it is at walking distance from Green Gables! The staff is very nice and helpful. As opportunities for improvement I would suggest to offer filtered cold water for the guests in the lobby, so you don't have to deal with the inconvenience of having to drive to a market to get some bottled water to drink. Also something like offering bread in the breakfast would be expected, as this basic item was missing to accompany your eggs or jam.A normal size tv in the bedroom instead of a computer monitor would be nice to have as well. The microwave in the room should be at a reachable height for an average height person.

The property was excellent and kid friendly. Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping staff needs a bit more training. But problems mentioned were promptly and politely resolved. I’ll recommend this place to others visiting Cavendish.

This was probably the best spot we have ever stayed. Beautiful grounds, helpful staff, clean and extremely comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. And everything you could possibly want right in the area including dining, gift stores, the beach and kids attractions. We will be back again for our next trip to PEI.

We had a king room junior suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is included with the rooms. Only complaint is you must make a time slot reservation for breakfast and the earliest time available our first morning was 9:15 am. It would have been good to know that ahead so we could have pre-booked the breakfast slot. Everything else was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, well maintained and clean property. Friendly staff, assigned complimentary breakfast time. Convenient location to restaurants, beaches and Ann of Green Gables. Just off the main road in Cavendish. Could spend evening around fire pit, huge play area for kids. Great choice

This Inn was lovely and an excellent place for families. The playground is spectacular and the pool and hot tub are really good.

Beautiful room and the property itself is lovely. Onsite breakfast was OK - not as great as I thought it would be. The pool and hot-tub area is pleasant. A really nice family-oriented accommodation.
