The pool facility was really nice. It was a little far from downtown but was a nice family hotel. The only issue we had was with the laundry services. It said that laundry needs could be found at the front desk so when I went to inquire about getting some loonies for the machine I was told I had to go to the gas station to get some. Pretty annoying. If you are going to offer these facilities either get a coin machine or allow me to charge it to my room somehow.

Great breakfast. The room is small and there is only one chair, not place for everyone to sit. But it is clean. The pool and hym is great. My kids love that. Some staffs are cold. Most of them are nice!

We stayed four nights as a family of 6. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfy enough. Noise could be heard quite easily from the hallways. The hotel was quite busy and it was difficult to find a spot to eat breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was decent but it was the exact same thing each day so we eventually ate else where. The pool was another busy spot and sometimes so crowded we ended up leaving early. An okay stay depending on what amenities you are looking for.

Just lovely. The nicest hotel I have been at in Atlantic Canada. I recommend for anyone with a family to stay here. Their breakfast, particularly, was excellent! 5 stars overall.

Everything is lovely, however every noise is amplified in the hallway. You could hear the kids in the room across the hall, everytime a door opened, every motion from housekeeping in the early morning. Not easy to relax or sleep

Check in was terrible. We were told by the guest service agents that Expedia had cancelled our reservation and we would have to pay again. We had to physically show them our online confirmation and it took a long time and then finally they said yes it’s in the system after we refused to pay more money. Then during our stay there were many children running up and down the hallways up until after midnight. Knocking on doors and kicking the walls in hallway. It took 3 calls to the front desk to have that addressed. Little sleep and terrible customer service.

We were in Charlottetown to bring our little Pomeranian to the Vet College. The Hampton Inn was very convenient and very pet friendly which is wonderful when your already under stress. The staff, were friendly and helpful. the grounds around the property are great for pets. Please everyone who stays there with their fur babies take care of your surroundings as we need places that care about our four legged companions.
