This hotel had everything you needed in your room and for breakfast. Easy parking and close drive to Charlottetown. There were children sports groups on our floor for both nights who were loud but didn’t interrupt our sleep. Very practical with no extras.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Staff were amazing! Room was really clean and nicely renovated/done!! Pool was great for our kiddos(age 3-4). Close to everything, either walking or driving! Quiet. The included breakfast was delicious and had numerous options! Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Good for long stays too! We stayed 5 nights in King suite. Bed was so comfy. Grateful for their free breakfast which was delicious and well stocked. The location is fine if you have a car. We did not have one so it was a bit tricky. However, cab to downtown was $15. Our grandkids reported the pool was nice and warm. Last time we stayed, we tried the Hampton but this was WAY nicer. It had a warm feeling to it and rooms were modern but not cold. Highly recommend.

The front desk and breakfast area staff were always friendly and welcoming, rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. We had an issue of a kids hockey team running up and down the halls, screaming and slamming doors constantly. Then were started knocking on our door and running away. When we called the front desk they would deal with it. Unfortunately it wouldn't last long and they would be right back at it. Definitely not the hotel or staffs fault and they tried their best to fix the problem.

Room was clean .Loved the sheets. Staff exceptional and breakfast was perfect!!!! Kids running in hallway but that has nothing to do with the hotel, just unsupervised children. Only happened a few times and a parent must have grabbed them! It was also Friday night so Im sure bottled up energy from week!

We were not really satisfied with our stay here as we specifically requested at check in a room in a quiet location & we were placed in a high traffic area on the ground/basement level not far from laundry, housekeeping & maintenance. Yes we should have asked to move but we had already hauled all our stuff & our kids into the room & it would've been alot of work to move again.
