Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel

The pool looked pretty dirty. There was a hockey tournament going on so a bunch of adults were sitting outside the elevator and in the pool area drinking beers and coolers while their kids played hockey in the hallways and ran around the pool area yelling and screaming. We came down for breakfast and conveniently the kitchen was closed and the power kept flickering in and out but that may have been due to the weather. The staff did not have a great attitude coming in and us leaving. The stay was "just okay".

Stayed one night with my kids! Our room was massive and very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was also hosting some kids sports teams while I stayed there. It was very loud, with kids running up and down the hallways, stairways, yelling throughout the day and night. I was woken up several times throughout the night. I brought my concerns to the front desk and nothing was done.

Always a great stay! Fun and safe for the kids, they love the pool. Great service and staff.

The room desperately needs an upgrade. The finishes on the tile in the bathroom was done by a child. There were stains all over the carpet and there was a musty smell in the air. The toilet is so very low to the ground you feel like you are squatting on the ground. We had a suite, that was over priced for what we paid. We stayed for a Christmas party(we have been for 12 years). It has not been touched in as many years. There was a wire sticking out from the bottom of our AC unit. Also the wall paper is peeling off. These rooms desperately need upgrades, and some attention to detail.

We were 2 adults & 1 child; staying for 1 night as we attended a theatre production at Stratford. We arrived at 3:00 & were checked in expediently; the room was a great size for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable & that bathroom was a good size. We also appreciated the presence of the bar fridge. The highlight for the child was the pool & the hot tub & we enjoyed that amenity in advance of our evening play. We would certainly consider staying at the Best Western Plus again when we visit. We liked our room except for the toilet! The toilet is very low - it looks like a child’s toilet. My husband who is 97 yrs old doesn’t want to stay there again with those toilets! We asked about accessible rooms and found that they only have two. It would likely be impossible to get one of those unless one booked extremely early. With a large part of their business coming from seniors, you would think that they would do something about those toilets!

Clean, quiet (even though many kids there), easy parking, quick service at front desk (they split bill 3 ways for us). Not all entry signs clear but easy exit. Felt safe.

I traveled by myself to attend wedding festivities for a friend. This was a comfortable and safe place to stay. Everyone here was so lovely. My room was spacious and clean, and I slept like a baby. Wonderful hotel and located in a an area near places to eat.

My family enjoyed the stay very much.
