Nice comfortable stay, clean room, although the bathroom could use some updating, our showerhead leaked and the shower pan is a old. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, but the room HVAC system needs an update. We will stay again next time we visit family.

We want to personally thank Pauline for accommodating our family on July 22-23, 2023. She explained everything and went out of her way. Excellent staff and service! The hotel was very clean and I would definitely book here again.

The rooms were very clean quiet and comfortable, and spacious enough for our 2 toddlers to play. Would definitely go back!

Property was lovely, fresh and clean. Service at check in and check out was great. Breakfast was also wonderful. The only challenge we had was getting charged $30 for missing towels and face cloths after our checkout. We certainly didn't steal these items and noted their inventory count was short as we only had 2 towels which our party of 4 shared and didn't use any face cloths again only 2 notedas present at the time. We didn't ask for more at the time because this was fine with 2 adults and 2 kids. Lesson learned I guess.

The swimming pool was not in service which was what my kids were looking forward to very much for our 2 nights stay and the floor was not mopped in our room, can still see hair and dust on the bare floor

Fantastic staff! Great breakfast. Nice pool and food location. We very much enjoyed our two night stay with our kids.

Nice hotel, almost brand new. Room was spacious enough for two queen beds, worked alright for two parents with two kids. Fridge and microwave were great amenities, worked well with grocery store next door and included breakfast. Breakfast was decent but amount and quality reflected how busy it was, try to eat during quieter periods and things will be fine. A seriously disappointing amount of disposable plates, cups, cutlery being used, very eco-concerning. Hotel staff was helpful but overall some issues to work out. Some lights not working in room, hand rail fell off wall in elevator, pool needs more consistent cleaning, etc. I’m sure these things will all get worked out in time.
