The room was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. My room had a view of the parking lot and trees which was not unpleasant. The pool was full of small children so I didn’t try it out. The breakfast was standard fare but decent. Wifi worked well. Hot water in the shower. I slept well. Hotel was quiet after 9 pm.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, however, since the floors weren’t carpeted, which is a plus, the sound proofing was compromised by the fact that there was hardwood floors. We could hear excessive footsteps above all night long. We were there on business and family purposes from Quebec. Having a long drive to Peterborough and going back home the next day,we did not get the rest that we needed.

Absolutely the worst stay of anywhere I’ve been. Soccer team ran the halls and stairs all day and management did nothing. Pool was not habitable with same soccer teams rough housing and yelling louder than one could stand and still nothing from management.Quite a few people staying could be seen and heard yelling at these kids from their room doors. Looking for an apology and reimbursement as this was to be my birthday get away and ended up a nightmare. We booked 2 rooms for family and they had to leave as they had a baby that couldn’t stay any longer because of what was going on. Shame on the parents of those kids

Nice affordable place to stay in Peterborough. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything was in working order. The staff that we interacted with were friendly. The hot tub in the room was nice. The breakfast had a good selection of cold food as well as hot food like scrambled eggs, sausages, and waffles. The only thing I didn't like was the packaged fruit cup, it was very bland. The pool is not big, we didn't try it but saw families with kids in it having a good time. Would stay there again if ever in town.

Property worn down. Pool was freezing for the kids. Door keys barely worked. My door wouldn’t properly close. Smoke alarms went off at 7am and everyone had to evacuate. Nothing from the managers were able to help compensate this inconvenience.
