Room is always clea,beds are very comfy! My mom books us rooms here anytime family members are in Kapuskasing,and we will continue to stay at the Apollo

Booking was not confirmed had to wait 30min while they found it and then had to give all my I formation again because it wasn’t I the system even after we had already booked. Handles were falling off doors, window had no way to open, there was NO security lock on the door to the hallway! The place they had us park had no lighting so I was alone with my 3 young kids in the dark had to drive past a bunch of garbage and mattresses all tossed outside. It was scary and I do not feel safe. The person at the desk was kind but didn’t seem to know how to explain how to find our room. The place looked deserted not sure why we were given a room that was falling apart. The bathroom was beautiful and looked very nice. But due to no locks etc.. did not feel safe enough to have a shower. Will not recommend or come here again.
