Hampton Inn by Hilton Timmins

We were in town for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. The 3 mornings we were there, had 3 different breakfast change ups which were all fantastic and the variety of food items were great. Everything was hot and fresh. The pool was clean and nice however it was freezing and the floor/steps of the pool were VERY slippery. Quite a few people trying to walk in, slipped. The only upset and not even at that, was the one elevator was down for most of our stay and the wait times were a bit long. If we didnt have two little kids in tow and were on the 5th floor, we would have taken the stairs. But at times it was a 5+ minute wait. Otherwise all in all a great stay, and would stay again.

Close to our event, pool was fun for the kids and breakfast provided.

I paid almost 300 dollars for a room that promised a king size bed and a couch that pulled out so we could accommodate 4 people. When i went to pull out the couch i couldnt and it had a board with a sticker across it that said "sofa only". Now the kids are sleeping on the floor. Definitely disappointed to pay this much and not get the number of beds that i have booked.

Great hotel breakfast for a family.

Stayed for a work trip and brought the family along. The hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The staff were also great with my young child - brought out some pool toys and gave us some colouring sheets and crayons for the drive home.
