Cedar Meadows Resort & Spa

I hated that, as seniors we were forced to climb stairs to our second floor accommodations and not be offered a better accommodation on the first floor. Also, that we’d have to continuously go back down those dreaded stairs to get our room access card fixed because it rarely worked. We were attending our mother’s funeral and when asking for a place for my sisters and family members to sit and chat, they wanted to charge us. Only at Cedar Meadows would they be so inconsiderate! Even the Holiday Express, where my other sister had stayed, had offered us the dining room the night before. So, we’re we impressed with this hotel? Not on your life?

Was not a clean and modern hotel to begin with. Hallways are dark and carpets are ugly. Rooms need an entire revamp to get a minimum hotel look. Don't be mislead by the pictures and wordings in the hotel website. Only a bunch of Elks, Bisons and Deers left to see in their "tour". Moose is only in pictures in their flyers. Charging 10$ per adults and $8 for kids is a total rip off for this. Talking about rip off, well.. the entire experience in staying in this haunted place was too.
