Best Western Plus Walkerton Hotel & Conference Centre

They were rude and not helpful at all. i was with my family and they weren't supportive at all.

I cannot praise my stay at the Best Western in Walkerton enough. I was here because of a family medical emergency and arrived raw and exhausted. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and set up for Christmas without being 'in your face'. But the staff - wow! Instantly I was family, they made me belong. Sherry greeted me on arrival and I was almost convinced she was an angel put there just to support me. I am beyond thankful for people and a lovely place that made Christmas away from home and family a time of peace and calm. If you need to stay in Walkerton, you should stay there.

The people and staff are just like a family

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean and new; the staff was great and accommodating; buffet breakfast had good options for adults and kids and the pool was great for swimming.

When first arriving we noticed how well maintained the property was. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming as well as professional. She intoduced herself as Sherry. Sherry went through the welcoming procedure answering all our questions. Our room was clean and well maintained. Sherry suggested different restaurants available in the area to us. We chose a nice small family run Italian restaurant which proved to be excellent. We slept well in a king size bed. My wife has now to buy a new mattress like the one we slept it was that comfortable and i agree. We used the pool which uniquely catered to children being 4 feet at the deep end. It was all good. We would definitely go back. A three night stay was $732.00.

Very clean, quiet, and nice staff. Perfect for a family.

This hotel is in the middle of many great places to visit in Ontario. We loved every minute of our stay- from the friendly and warm welcome from Sherry, to the 24h specialty hot beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, lattes, etc) and citrus infused cold water, comfortable seating, pool and gym. It was a an exciting and affordable choice for our family. The icing on the cake was the fresh, made-to-order omelettes along with delicious continental breakfast additions that were included in our stay. We enjoyed every minute.
