This hotel is very dated and in need of a refresh (carpet, bathroom fixtures). The “4 pools” is very basic, just a shallow kiddie pool, regular pool, indoor hot tub that is abnormally deep (cannot sit on the seating ledge as my head would be under water) and a lovely outdoor hot tub. Bed was not very comfortable, pillows too small and soft.

The pool was excellent. Very busy with excited children for a hockey tournament which made getting sleep a little challenging, but staff was extremely accommodating and kind.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were screaming kids in two different units close to us. Dogs barking in the parking lot outside our window. Very noisy building and hard to get rest. For the life of me, I don’t know why hotels don’t put kids away from adults. They run up and down the halls yelling, screaming and crying at all hours - very frustrating when you just want to rest. We also wished the restaurant was better. The menu online looked limited therefore we had to go out for dinner.

The pool area was fantastic except the room could be warmer so the kids don't get cold so fast since they cant use the hot tubs or sauna. Also the hotel carpets and decor could be updated especially the carpets

Our family stayed for one night. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pool area was great! There was a main pool, indoor AND outdoor hot tub and a small pool for little kids. Water was warm and pleasant. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

I thought it was a decent hotel, a tad overpriced for the quality and date of the rooms, no microwaves, and not kid friendly at all, no pool toys or jumping or splashing or fun allowed in the pool area . Most likely wouldnt stay there again with my family.
